SUBMIT YOUR EVENT
Submit your event listing using the form below. Once approved (by us) you will receive a confirmation email.
HOW TO USE THE FORM
Follow the steps below to submit your event seamlessly:
1. Fill in the title of your event.
2. Add your event description. Please add all relevant links here!
3. Include a start date and time, along with an end date and time.
PRO TIP: The end date and start date must be the same. If your event takes place on multiple dates, please use the REPEATING EVENT feature.
4. Add the event location.
PRO TIP: If the event location doesn’t already exist in the dropdown, use the INSERT NEW LOCATION feature. When doing this, please insert all requested information, such as address and website if applicable.
5. Add the event organizer.
PRO TIP: If the event location doesn’t already exist in the dropdown, use the INSERT NEW ORGANIZER feature. When doing this, please insert all requested information, such as name and contact info.
6. AVOID THE LINKS BOX, as this will replace the event page on our website with the link by default. PLEASE INCLUDE LINKS IN YOUR EVENT DESCRIPTION.
7. Add an event cost if there is one. Leave blank if the event is FREE.
8. Please add a featured image, using these specs:
– jpeg, jpg
– 1200 x 750 px
9. Select the appropriate categories(s).
10. Submit your event.
