Exhibition Contract

Form to be completed by an exhibitor to confirm, hold and pay for exhibition. THIS IS NOT THE FORM TO USE TO ENTER INVENTORY. PLEASE SEE THE INVENTORY FORM.

  • Please provide a title or theme for your show or the group show you are entering.
  • Please list the image you are providing for marketing.
  • If you participating in a Member Group Show (Christmas Market) you do NOT need to provide an image. For solo or duo shows, please provide 1-5 high resolution images of your work. We will use one or two for print materials, on our social media and website. Ensure that your image files are labelled with firstname-lastname-titleofwork. We only accept image files in jpg format up to 4MG in size. Please do not send low resolutions images.

    • Exhibition fee can be paid by credit card online below or by credit or debit in person at the Scugog Council for the Arts, 175B Queen Street. If you are part of a duo show you will be splitting the fee of $100 and each of you will pay $50. Payment must be made within one month of notification that you are confirmed for a show along with the dates for the show. Individual entries in member shows are due with entry. Check the box for the type of show you are entering.
    • If you are paying online using our secure credit card payment system STRIPE, pick the product (entry type) you are buying below. Buy just 1 product (the quantity of your work is not what we are asking for here)
    • Price: $ 75.00 CAD
    • This is half of the total fee for a duo exhibition as both artists must complete their own form.
      Price: $ 50.00 CAD
    • Organizations such as Port Perry Artists Assoc., Scugog Shores Fibre Artists and Lake Scugog Studio Tour fit in this category of exhibition.
      Price: $ 100.00 CAD
