Wendy is a teacher, mentor and tutor. Along with her love of reading and writing, Wendy is passionate about hiking and camping, and enjoys all that nature has to offer. Wendy resides on the shore of Lake Simcoe, Ont with her husband David, and dog Jezzie. In 2018 Wendy won 3 writing awards at the Ontario Writing Conference, and won a first and second price in a Texas writers group, for a short story and a poem. “Are You as Strong as a Seed?” is Wendy’s first children’s book.
