In 1998 I created Amis Du Jazz and have been bringing Canada’s finest players to this small town , utilizing my contacts in Toronto from a forty year singing career and teaching Jazz Vocals at York University for twenty years.”
Having sung all over the globe for 35 years and teaching jazz at York University for 20 years, Lynn’s purpose on earth is to support and foster growth to a very traditional music genre , Jazz. The dedication of Jazz Musicians is unthinkable with the cost of living these days. Lynn established a Jazz Listening Society in 1998. Lynn brings touring, Toronto, musicians to a listening audience and pay them properly and treat them with respect.
