“I am a local artist who is passionate about using Port Perry as my inspiration. My purpose is to share my love of this small town with others.“
Lauren started painting during a particularly rough time in her life. After 15 years of not doing any paintings, she picked up the brush and “The Artist Within” emerged. She is referred to as “The Artist Within” because she believes everyone has the ability to pursue their creativity.
Lauren’s latest series “Old and New: Buildings in Port Perry” will be at the Kent Farndale Gallery in January of 2023!
