Asel Artemenko

Jeweller

“Jewellery making is a form of self-expression for me that goes beyond my being. I enjoy working with techniques that require intricate detail like filigree or mosaic. My vision is to share joy, light, and love of jewellery with people around.” — Asel Artemenko

Asel and her mom used to go to the local art museum, where she was mesmerized and fascinated by different art objects, especially by personal adornment and jewellery pieces. This childhood fascination developed into passion.
After working in a corporate world for over 15 years, Asel decided to pursue jewellery making. She completed the required course work at George Brown College in Toronto and got the Certificate in Fundamental Jewellery Making. She continues expanding her jewelry fabrication techniques by taking various workshops.
Asel’s other creative channels are baking, knitting and architecture.
