Artist Statement
Bille is a mixed media artist working primarily in acrylic and collage. known for her bold colour choices and whimsical approach, she creates expressive larger-format works often featuring animals. each piece is built from hand-printed papers produced through the gel print process, giving her art a distinctive layered texture. Bile’s work celebrates imagination, character, and the joyful intersection of pattern and colour.
I believe my work with the integration of gel printed papers and collage introduces texture, pattern and layering. this adds interest and contrast to painting , photograph and sculpture. my pieces bring narrative elements giving patrons a playful reflection point of view
