Rise & Release / Yoga + Pilates + Supportive Touch

Join Jessica for a unique movement class offering, combining 45 minutes of energetic full-body yoga and pilates, followed by 15 minutes of restorative poses, combined with supportive hands on touch, to help you feel grounded and connected to your inner self.

The goal is to create a container for you to feel energized, and then leave you feeling cared for and supported in all the ways. The coziest combo!

Price: $20 per class, $90 for all 5 classes (pay Jessica directly)

Dates: Saturday, April 27, May 11, May 18, May 25, June 1 (no class May 4)

Jessica is a movement facilitator who lives in Port Perry, Ontario. She is a lover of moving in all ways and has been practicing yoga for over 15 years. After discovering a class style that fuses yoga and pilates in 2017, she went on to complete her 200hr teacher training in this method and has taught in Toronto, Hamilton and the Durham Region. As a certified Barre instructor, she draws on the teachings of musicality and dance when building her classes. After recently becoming a Feelosophy trained, Restorative Touch Practitioner, Jessica has integrated supportive touch into her classes to leave you feeling grounded and cared for, and at home in your body.
