Indigenous Food Pop Up
The INDIGENESIS chef, Tamara Green, will be back with her Indigenous cuisine pop-up. Culture is molded by the land: Italy’s canals, France’s wine country. Canada is rooted in pure, unique edible plants; resources we have forgotten. Indigenesis, personal chef, has been getting back to the genesis of indigenous cuisine with pre-contact ingredients since 2018.
